From Sea to Shining Sea

Join author and chef, Barton Seaver along with The Salt Line’s Chef/Owner Kyle Bailey in a celebration of Seaver’s latest book, American Seafood: Heritage, Culture & Cookery From Sea to Shining Sea.

Enjoy an evening with the two chefs at the The Salt Line on Monday, January 29, from 6pm to 9pm. Guests will enjoy a menu of oysters and hors d'oeuvres curated by the two chefs that celebrates sustainable American seafood and the Dock to Dish program, as well as a variety of beverage offerings including beer from Maine Beer Company.

Tickets are $50 each. For $75, guests will receive a ticket to the event as well as a signed copy of Seaver’s book, American Seafood. Ticket proceeds will benefit The Oyster Recovery Partnership and Anacostia Riverkeeper.
