Kelsie fell in love with food alongside her grandparents. They made everything from scratch, no exceptions, and she spent many summers picking green beans from grandma's garden in West Texas and making homemade pasta with her grandpa. Kelsie started in restaurants at a young age and her career has grown through a number of positions. Most recently, she helped open Mason Dixie Biscuit Company as their business manager and it was after that she found herself on the service team at The Salt Line. Her hard work paid off and now she is helping us call the shots!
