Thomas was born and raised under the sun in Tampa, Florida. He graduated from Le Cordon Blue Culinary in 2004 and over the years has worked with a multitude a great chefs, including Clay Miller and Michael Mina. When he is not in the kitchen, he is living my life 10 seconds at a time driving his motorcycle or cozied up with his wife and their mini golden Maddox watching Steelers Football!
