Tristyn Bloom

Sous Chef

Tristyn was born and raised in the heart of American pizza/bagel country (where mixing the two is a sin that cries to heaven for vengeance). She left Long Island in 2007 to get her Bachelor's in Russian and East European Studies from Yale, but still cries if you play "Downeaster Alexa" after too much gin. She first worked with Chef Kyle at Bluejacket Brewery in 2015, and is very proud to be one of the opening team members of The Salt Line. She loves Tom Waits, rabbit livers, and Georgian wine.
