Each day The Salt Line features a rotating selection of local Chesapeake and New England oysters.

When available, look for The Salt Line proprietary oyster 'Cthulhu Deeps' on the menu. Hailing from Otter Cove farm on the Damariscotta River in Maine, Cthulhu Deeps are the perfect balance of crisp, briny, and salty with moderate flavor and texture. These oysters are only available at The Salt Line, so be sure to try them the next time you join us!
