Originally hailing from New England, Ben made his way to Washington DC for college and immediately dove into the hospitality world. While in college he started working at Clyde’s ofGeorgetown and hasn’t stopped since. Most recently Ben has helmed Bartaco Ballston before joining us down the street here at The Salt Line Ballston as Beverage Director. His love of New England Style seafood and beverages runs deep having grown up on the North Shore of Massachusetts and just outside Portland, Maine. As far as beverages go, he believes that every drink has its own occasion whether it be celebrating a Nats win with a local beer or enjoying any amazing seafood tower with an excellent bottle of old world wine. He is incredibly excited to join The Salt Line family and cannot wait to see what we serve up next!
