Assistant General Manager
Growing up in Lima, Peru, home of some of the best seafood in the world, Carlos has deep hospitality and culinary roots. He moved to Northern Virginia where he started his hospitality career as a young teenager. Carlos has worked for prestigious restaurants throughout his career, including McCormick & Schmick’s and The Capital Grille. He is the Assistant General Manager at The Salt Line in Navy Yard where he oversees daily operations. His passion for hospitality and building relationships drives him to continue to make connections and help The Salt Line grow within the community.
