Growing up in Lima, Peru, home of some of the best seafood in the world, Carlos has deep hospitality and culinary roots. He moved to Northern Virginia where he started his hospitality career as a young teenager. Carlos has worked for prestigious restaurants throughout his career, including McCormick & Schmick’s and The Capital Grille. His passion for hospitality and building relationships has been his calling card throughout his career and is what drives his leadership at The Salt Line in his effort to continue to make connections with his team, our guests and within the community.
