Carolina Navas


With over 24 years in the hospitality industry, Carolina has worked in many of DC's top restaurants. With mentors such as Michel Richard at Central to Bryan Voltagio at RANGE she found her passion for innovative food and creative beverage programs. After working at Salt Line - DC she realized that those skills could be used to teach other people in the business. Carolina is excited for her new opportunity as a manager in Bethesda and looks forward to bringing her fine dining knowledge to the team.
