Christine discovered a passion for food and wine while working at The Carolina Inn on the campus of UNC in Chapel Hill, NC in 2003. She has been travelling and studying wine and spirits ever since. Christine came to DC from New York where she had the opportunity to work with some of the best restaurateurs in the business including Danny Meyers and Will Guidara at Eleven Madison Park, Bonnie Jenkins and the late George Schwartz at Temple Bar and Keens Steakhouse and Drew Nierporent at Tribeca Grill. Christine completed her WSET Advanced Level Three Award in 2013 and has been a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers since 2010. She joins the Long Shot Hospitality team with enthusiasm to apply her expertise and passion and bring together the best of what the mid-Atlantic has to offer.
