Dave Mackie

General Manager

Dave has been in hospitality his entire life, having been raised in hotels and restaurants by a veteran Marriott Hotels father. He started in restaurants in his early twenties, with a break to get a film degree before starting to work at his family’s wine shop, The Wine Cabinet, in Reston, VA. He has worked at several amazing restaurants including Gramercy Tavern in Manhattan, The Dabney, as well as Rooster and Owl. Dave joined  The Salt Line teams as General Manager in March of 2022 and is very excited to be a part of the team!
