Wesleigh Lin

Assistant General Manager

Wesleigh spent his teenage years cooking for friends every chance that he had, and as an adult managed to be lucky enough to stumble into some great kitchens in the area, notably Kinkead's and Charlie Palmer Steak.  After ten years in kitchens, he took the time to learn about restaurants from the other side of the house, gaining valuable experience behind the bar before taking on various managerial positions with local restaurant groups, doing his best to utilize everything that he'd learned so far.  He enjoys the Salt Line for it's amazing team that always keeps him laughing (the verdict is still out on whether that's a good thing or not), as well as it's unique sense of hospitality.
